Pak Upay mengatakan bahwa masa PPKM Darurat ini, dari sekian banyak sektor yang diharuskan bekerja dari rumah (WFH), pemerintah mengizinkan sektor-sektor tertentu masih boleh beraktivitas di kantor, salah satunya adalah bagian logistik atau pengiriman barang seperti TIKI.
Dengan adanya izin ini, Pak Upay memastikan bahwa TIKI sangat memperhatikan masalah protokol kesehatan. Mulai dari kesehatan para karyawan hingga SOP yang diterapkan di setiap gerai TIKI seperti antara lain:
- Tersedianya hand sanitizer baik untuk karyawan ataupun pelanggan yang datang di setiap gerai TIKI
- Penyemprotan desinfektan ke setiap paket
- Setiap staff harus menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan dengan menggunakan masker, rajin cuci tangan, dan selalu memakai sarung tangan
- Para staf yang masuk harus dalam keadaan sehat
- Pengecekan suhu tubuh kepada staff TIKI, jika ada ada yang suhunya diatas normal, karyawan tersebut segera dipulangkan.
- Jaga jarak antara pelanggan dan staf
