Sebelumnya siapa sih yang gak kenal dengan bakso? Well, ada saja sih, tapi Bunchy pukul rata dulu ya. Soalnya makanan satu ini jadi salah satu yang tak terpisahkan di masyarakat Indonesia. Hampir semua kalangan suka banget dengan aneka olahan bakso. Mulai dari tua, muda, sampai dari berbagai tingkat sosial.
Sampai salah satu yang jadi bahan guyonan Ayah Adu dan Bunchy, sejak kami tinggal di pinggiran Ibukota Jakarta, setiap lebaran pasti yang ramai itu tempat makan bakso! Ini beneran lho, Mom’s. Apalagi kalau sudah hari kedua atau ketiga lebaran. Mungkin karena sudah begah dengan makanan bersantan kali ya, dan masyarakat mau yang segar seperti bakso ini.
Gak hanya masyarakat, Ayah Adu dan Bunchy ini juga pecinta berat bakso. Selalu punya tempat favorit makan bakso dimana pun kami tinggal. Tapi sayang, di tempat yang sekarang belum menemukan bakso yang benar-benar pas di hati. Kalau yang dulu, lokasinya jauh banget dari rumah yang sekarang.
Nah sejak Bunchy resign dan memilih kerja dari rumah demi anak kicik, Bunchy kalau lagi ada waktu senggang suka bikin makanan aneka olahan bakso. Salah satu yang favorit itu bakso bakar dan tahu bakso. Tahu bakso ini sih Al suka banget. Makanya lebih suka bikin sendiri saja buat Ayah Adu sama Al.
Kenalan dengan Bonanza Beef Bakso
Ramadhan kali ini adalah yang kedua kalinya sejak ada Al. Kalau tahun lalu Bunchy masih belum ikut puasa karena masih ASIX, in shaa Allah tahun ini mau ikutan puasa karena Al juga sudah mulai dapat tambahan susu selain dari Bunchy. Bunchy excited banget karena baru saja kenalan dengan salah satu merk bakso yang bikin jatuh cinta, yaitu Bonanza Beef Bakso. Yang tanggal 9 Mei 2018 kemarin baru saja launching untuk ikut meramaikan produk pangan sehat bagi Indonesia. Dengan bertemakan “Filosofi Bakso”, Bonanza Beef Bakso diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat Indonesia.

Sekarang siap-siap Mom’s, buat contekan resep aneka olahan bakso untuk menu buka puasa. Yang simple tapi lezat untuk disajikan kepada keluarga.
Bakso Kuah

Bahan:
500 gr Bakso Sapi (±30 butir)
100 gr Daging Sapi
200 gr Sawi Hijau
200 gr Mie Telur (rebus)
100 gr Bihun (rendam air hangat)
10 siung Bawang Putih
5 siung Bawang Merah
3 sdm Bawang Goreng
1 sdt Garam (kurang/lebih sesuai selera)
2 sdt Minyak Goreng
½ sdt Gula Pasir
1 sdt Kaldu Sapi Bubuk
1/2 sdt Merica Bubuk
1 batang Bawang Daun (ambil bagian hijaunya, iris tipis)
Cara Memasak:
- Didihkan air, dan masukkan Daging Sapi.
- Kemudian kecilkan di api sedang lalu masukkan bakso sapi dan rebus sampai bumbu siap.
- Haluskan Bawang Putih dan bawang merah dan tumis sampai harum dengan minyak goreng.
- Setelah ditumis harum masukkan di panci berisi Bakso & Air.
- Masukkan Merica, Garam, Gula, Kaldu, Bawang goreng, Bawang Daun, dan Sawi Hijau. Masak ± 5 menit sambil diaduk. Sesuaikan rasa dengan selera Anda.
- Sajikan di atas mangkuk Mie Telur & Bihun kemudian tuang Bakso & Kuahnya ke atas mangkuk.
Bakso Tahu
Bahan:
100 gr – Bakso Bonanza cincang halus (Kurleb 6 butir)
4 siung Bawang putih dihaluskan
3 siung Bawang merah dihaluskan
1 batang Daun bawang dicincang
1 sdt Tepung Maizena larutkan dengan 1 /2 sdt air
Gula garam secukupnya
2 buah Tahun besar bagi empat dipotong segitiga
Optional: Bumbu kacang sebagai pelengkap
Cara Membuat:
- Campur bakso, bawang merah bawang putih, dan daun bawang
- Tambahkan larutan tepung maizena, gula dan garam.
- Iris tahu membentuk kantong, isi dengan campuran bakso
- Kukus tahu bakso selama 10 menit, sajikan
Lumpia Bakso Oriental
Bahan:
1 bungkus Bakso Bonanza potong dadu
5 siung Bawang putih cincang halus
1/2 sdt Jahe, cincang
2 sdm Kecap asin
1 sdm Air
1 sdt gula
2 sdt Minyak wijen
6 lembar Kulit lumpia
Cara membuat:
- Tumis Bakso dengan minyak wijen, tambahkan bawang putih, jahe dan daun bawang
- Tambahkan kecap asin, air dan gula
- Aduk rata dan sisihkan
- Letakkan kulit lumpia, taruh bakso yang sudah dimasak sekitar 1 sendok makan. Lipat dan gunakan air sebagai perekat kulit lumpia
- Goreng dengan api medium sampai kulit lumpia kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan, siap disajikan
